This blog was born out of my love for cooking and my husband's love for eating my creations. Hence ME (Mark and Emily)! We are also both lactose-intolerant and health conscious, thus we would have to constantly scan ingredient lists on packages or restaurant menus. However by cooking at home from scratch, I know exactly what is going into my meals. And that is fresh wholesome ingredients and a whole lot of love!
